Mock Trials – The 2018 Mock Trial Invitational competition was held on Saturday, November 17, 2018.  We were hosted by Pocono Mountain East High School.
The 2018 Mock Trial Invitational winners were Pocono Mountain East High School. The Mock Trials District  Competition and Regional Competitions will be held in February 2018.  Please see the MCBA calendar for specific dates, times and the location.  The 2019 Mock Trial Invitational will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at a location to be determined.
Schools interested in participating in the Invitational must preregister with the Monroe County Bar Association by contacting MCBA at or calling 570.424.7288.
Each year the Mock Trial committee crafts a new and unique case for the students to gain additional competition practice before the statewide competition begins.
In 2017 the case was the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania vs Kit Snow.  This unique case was written specifically for the 2017 Mock Trial Invitational.
Should you have questions regarding the Invitational or would like to participate, please contact
