Please note: All legal notices must be submitted in a Word document, type written or legible handwritten form and are published exactly as submitted by the advertiser. Neither the Monroe Legal Reporter nor the printer will assume responsibility to edit, make spelling corrections, eliminate errors in grammar or make any changes in content. Notices may be submitted to the Journal Coordinator at journal@monroebar.org.
Legal notices must be published in both the Monroe County Bar Association's publication, the Monroe Legal Reporter, as well as the local newspaper, the Pocono Record.
Deposits or full payments are required for both organizations prior to the legal notice being printed.

Payment procedures for Monroe Legal Reporter:
The Monroe County Bar Association requires payment in full for Incorporation, Partnership and Fictitious Name Registration Notices as well as Petition for Change of Name. For all other notices a minimum deposit of $100.00 is required.
MCBA members are not required to provide a deposit. Attorneys may contact MCBA to arrange for special arrangements.
