The Monroe County Bar Association, in conjunction with The Pardon Project, offers a free Pardons program to assist qualified individuals with the process of filing for a pardon of eligible conviction(s) in Monroe County, PA.

The information below is being collected to assist in the determination of financial eligibility to offer free legal assistance.  Anyone may apply for a pardon.  

Please have the following information available in order to complete the financial eligibility application:

Contact Information, including
- Full Name (first, middle, last)
- Any aliases
- Full Address (house/building number, street name, city, state, postal code)
- Phone number (where messages can be left).  We will contact you directly with questions and/or appointment information.
- Email address (that is monitored).  We will email you with appointment information, if applicable.
Date of Birth
Social Security Number
Household Income*
*Includes ANY and ALL income into the household for any individual 18+ years of age.  Includes but is not limited to wages, social security income and/or disability, child and/or spousal support, SNAP benefits. 
  Please be prepared to provide a breakdown per individual and/or type of income.

Failure to complete the eligibility application in its entirety will result in a delay of processing.
